    If you’re busy but want to enjoy the good things about Yoga, our program is great for both beginners and experts.

Peace Life Yoga Retreat invites travelers for short sessions to experience yoga and the yogic lifestyle. Even though these 3 hours might seem short to understand everything we offer, remember, “something is better than nothing.”


Morning Class:

Evening Class:

·     7 am to 10 am

In the morning, your schedule includes participating in:

1.    Neti (Nasal Cleansing): This involves cleaning your nasal passages using a technique like a saline solution to promote nasal hygiene and respiratory health.

2.    Yoga Lesson: Engaging in a yoga session where you’ll practice various postures, breathing exercises, and possibly meditation for physical and mental well-being.

3.    Breakfast: Enjoying a nutritious breakfast to fuel your body after the morning activities.

·     4 pm to 7 pm

In the evening, your schedule includes participating in:

1.    Chanting: Engaging in vocal repetition of sounds, words, or phrases, often with a rhythmic quality, as a meditative or spiritual practice.

2.    Yoga Lesson: Another session of yoga, likely focusing on different postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to wind down the day.

3.    Dinner: Having a nourishing dinner to replenish your energy after the evening activities.
